Beroko Hotel Investments in Libya

Beroko Libya for Tourism Investment Joint Stock Co. is since 2003 examining various projects in Libya. The first project to be realised will be the proposed project El Andalous City Centre. As a gateway to Libya and to the beauties of the coast and the deserts Beroko will realize the El Andalous City Centre, a Business Centre and Beach Resort in one.

For the City Centre a land lease contract between the state of Libya and Beroko Libya for Tourism Investment Joint Stock Co. was signed in December 2005. The project as presented in this guide has been approved in May 2006 and is granted by the Libyan Government Authorities, the realization startet in 2008.

The project was a partnership between Lireo Ltd. (Libya Real Estate Opportunities Ltd.), Malta and Enmaa Tourism Holding Investment Company, Libya.

In November 2009 Enmaa has taken over 100% of the shares.

The project was managed by Roland Zanotelli as CEO/Chairman of the Board and Eng. Alhady Almansuri as his assistant and CTO until the take over by Enmaa.
